Unfortunately (and fortunately!), sometimes it is only once we learn to work and move within the confines of the rules or laws, that we realize we truly have the most freedom.
No greater is the one who drinks Chai Tea before he does Tai Chi than the one who does Tai Chi before she drinks Chai Tea. Balance is the flow...centered and pure.
Alcohol...makes you confident, but does not build your skill set.

(Where there is pleasure is not always purpose; however, where there is purpose, one is always able to derive pleasure.) It is nearly impossible to be angry or sad whilst skipping. Try it.
(or watch someone else if you aren't able!) Stop making so many waves...the sooner you stop flailing around in your own splashes, you will find you're in a calm shallow lake, not a treacherous sea. Put your feet on the ground and walk to shore. It's a lot easier for people to help when you're within reach, willing and calm.
